Missing Person: Tina Marie Sinclair, Female, , Date of Birth: 11/29/1966, Tina and her daughter, Bethany resided with Tina's boyfriend, Eugene Van Bowman, on Mountain Road in Chesterfield, New Hampshire. There had been several calls at the home for domestic incidents before the pair’s disappear. Court records indicate that Bowman accused Sinclair of domestic abuse in July 2000, but the allegation was dismissed.On Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001, Sinclair and Bowman allegedly had an argument that caused Bowman to leave the house. Sinclair brought Bethany to the movies for the teen’s date with her boyfriend, and later picked Bethany up and brought her back home.
